2. Our Products and Services

We provide blinds, shutters and related window covering products and services, which may include consultations, measuring, quotations, supply and installation, depending on the agreed requirements.

Product availability, materials, colours, finishes and installation options may vary. We will explain the relevant specifications before an order is confirmed.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the information, measurements, product specifications and installation requirements available at the time they are prepared.

Any additional work, changes to specifications or unforeseen installation requirements may result in revised pricing. We will seek your agreement before proceeding with additional chargeable work.

The final price, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges and installation costs, will be confirmed before you place your order.

4. Measurements and Product Specifications

Accurate measurements are essential for ensuring that blinds and shutters fit correctly.

Where we carry out the measurements, we will take reasonable care to ensure their accuracy. Where customers provide their own measurements, they are responsible for checking that the information supplied is correct.

We will confirm the agreed product specifications before an order is placed into production.

5. Orders and Deposits

An order is confirmed when we have accepted the agreed quotation and any required deposit or payment arrangements have been completed.

Any deposit amount, payment schedule and outstanding balance will be explained before the order is confirmed.

Once a made-to-measure product has entered production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

6. Made-to-Measure Products

Many blinds and shutters are manufactured to individual customer measurements and specifications.

Under applicable UK consumer law, the usual 14-day cancellation right for distance or off-premises contracts generally does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This exception does not remove your legal rights where products are faulty, incorrectly described or do not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

7. Delivery and Installation

Any estimated delivery or installation dates will be communicated when your order is confirmed. Timescales may vary depending on manufacturing, product availability and scheduling.

We will inform you of significant delays and explain the available options in accordance with your legal rights.

Customers should provide reasonable access to the installation area and notify us in advance of any known obstacles, structural issues or special access requirements.

8. Installation Conditions

Installation work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Where unforeseen issues arise, including unsuitable fixing surfaces, hidden services or structural problems, we will discuss the available options before carrying out additional work.

Customers should keep children and pets away from the immediate working area during installation.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation rights depend on the type of product, how the contract was entered into and whether the goods are made to individual specifications.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, we will honour them in accordance with UK consumer law. Any applicable cancellation information will be provided as required.

Refunds and remedies for faulty goods or services will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Product Appearance and Variations

We aim to represent product colours, materials and finishes as accurately as possible.

Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings and natural variations in materials. Any agreed samples and specifications will form part of the product description.

11. Product Care and Maintenance

Customers should follow any care, cleaning and maintenance instructions supplied with their blinds or shutters.

Incorrect cleaning methods, unauthorised modifications or misuse may cause damage. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights relating to faulty products or services.

12. Child Safety

Window blind cords and chains can present serious risks to young children.

Customers should use all supplied child-safety devices and follow the installation, operating and safety instructions provided.

We aim to supply and install products in accordance with applicable product safety requirements.

13. Faults and Complaints

If you experience a problem with a product or installation, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue.

We will review the matter and explain the appropriate next steps, which may include inspection, repair, replacement or another remedy required by law.

14. Liability

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where those losses are foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

15. Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, product details, availability and service information may change.
